SINOPSIS
When the launch of the TBD Nose Blower turns into a public scandal, the once-powerful TBD family finds its pharmaceutical empire on the edge of collapse. With the company under pressure, the board turning against them, and their legacy at risk, the family gathers around a dinner table to search for a solution.
Their best hope may be Sabina, Jack’s former lover, who has become a successful inventor after building an empire around the Spaghetti Scissors — a strange but wildly popular product born from a painful moment in her past with the TBDs. Her return to the family house reopens old wounds, especially for Jack, who has spent years trying to escape both Sabina and the family name.
As the dinner unfolds, politeness slowly gives way to tension. Behind every toast, compliment and family gesture, there is a hidden request, an old betrayal, and a desperate need for control. Through stylised flashbacks, fake news broadcasts, absurd advertisements, family portraits and comic cutaways, the film reveals a world where love, money, invention and inheritance are impossible to separate.
Caught between the woman he still loves and the family that refuses to let him go, Jack is forced to confront what it really means to be a TBD. Meanwhile, Sabina must decide how much of her past she is willing to forgive — and how much of the family’s future she is willing to save.
THE TBD’S is an absurd dark comedy about family legacy, emotional debt and the ridiculous objects people build to avoid saying what they really mean.

Jack TBD — The runaway son of the TBD family. Sensitive and impulsive, he longs to escape the family legacy but remains tied to it by guilt, loyalty and unresolved feelings.
Alex Nestor — British-Irish-Assyrian actor, trained in London, with experience in short films, features, commercials and corporate videos.
Sabina — A brilliant inventor who turned humiliation into success. Sharp, emotional and proud, she still carries unresolved pain and love connected to Jack and the TBD family.
Sabrina Schrieder — German actress with an international profile, fluent in German, Spanish and English. Experienced in film, volumetric capture, stunts and martial arts.
Claire TBD — The emotional protector of the family. Caring and deeply loyal, she tries to keep the family together while hiding her own pain and making difficult choices.
Mark TBD — The controlling heir of the TBD family. Intelligent and strategic, he is determined to preserve the family legacy and maintain control.
Edmund — Claire’s husband and the accidental face of the TBD Nose Blower disaster. Sweet, awkward and innocent, he brings comedy to the family chaos.
Catherine — Sharp, direct and fearless. She says what everyone else avoids, bringing tension, irony and comedy to the TBD family dynamic.

MANHAL AZIZ
Manhal Aziz laid the foundation of his career with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism in Syria, his home country, ultimately becoming a Doctor in Communication at the University of Alicante, supported by a Master’s in Communication and Creative Industries and a Cinematography course taught at Ciudad de la Luz.
His professional experience spans 8 years. From 2016 to 2019, he participated in Nubo Films as a Screenwriter and Filmmaker, and from 2019 to the present, he has been developing projects at B. Movie Projects as a screenwriter, filmmaker, and director.
